Iftah's Sting, long one of the most inventive Max for Live devices for acid basslines and generative melody, is now a standalone plugin for any VST3/AU/CLAP host on macOS, Windows, and Linux. The move brings MIDI import, a counterpoint mode that generates two melodic lines plus chords and bass, and some of the most thorough accessibility work — screen-reader support, colorblind-safe themes — seen in a music plugin this size.
