James Turrell Will Open Superblue's First Venue Outside the US, Directly Across From teamLab
Superblue, the Miami-based experiential art company, will open its first international art center in Kyoto in early 2027 with a major James Turrell exhibition tracing his six-decade exploration of light and space. The venue sits directly opposite teamLab Biovortex Kyoto, as part of a City of Kyoto initiative to build a new cultural and creative district near Kyoto Station.
