Refik Anadol Is Painting Hong Kong's Wind Onto the M+ Facade
M+ has turned its south face over to Refik Anadol until 7 January 2027. Winds of Hong Kong reads publicly available wind and environmental data from the city and renders it as an evolving data painting across thousands of LEDs — and the museum is framing it explicitly against the energy cost of generative AI.
