MPE: Getting Started With Per-Note Expression
MPE gives every note its own pitch bend, pressure and timbre. Getting it working means understanding that each note is secretly on its own MIDI channel, because every failure mode — stuck notes, mono behaviour, only one note bending — comes from that one fact.
