Banana Pi's BPI-M8 is a credit-card-sized SBC built around an Allwinner A733 octa-core chip with a 3 TOPS NPU, 4GB LPDDR5, dual MIPI-CSI camera inputs, and a 16-pin FFC PCIe connector — all behind a Raspberry Pi 5-compatible 40-pin header. It's a serious spec sheet for maker and creative-hardware projects, but there's no source code or OS images yet, just a getting-started guide.
