Your Eyes Give Away Cybersickness Before You Do: Fixation Stability Degrades as Discomfort Climbs
Cybersickness is measured by asking people how they feel, which interrupts the thing you are measuring. This tracks eye movements against repeated discomfort ratings over a 20-minute exposure and finds fixation stability degrades with discomfort, with an interaction: the longer the session runs, the stronger the relationship.
